What an incredible stay! From the plush bedding to the delicious breakfast each morning, this hotel really knows how to take care of their guests. One of the best parts of my stay was the location - it was in a central part of the city, making it easy to explore and see everything. The spa area was also a highlight - I felt so relaxed after enjoying the amenities there. Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming, always making sure I had everything I needed.

While there were plenty of great things about this hotel, I did have one small complaint. The room I stayed in was a bit smaller than I expected, which made it feel a bit cramped at times. However, this was a minor issue and didn't impact my overall stay too much. The pool and spa area was lovely, providing a relaxing atmosphere where we could unwind and rejuvenate. The parking was spacious and easily accessible, making it convenient for us with our car and roof box. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to make our stay more comfortable. We loved their cozy spa and pool area, which had stunning views of the valley. One of our highlights was the Bolzano card that provided free access to nearby locations. the rooms were super comfy and had fantastic beds where we could rest well. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection of choices.

Sadly, the older rooms had no air conditioning which made it a bit stuffy at night.

The room was a little bit cramped, and the pictures on the website were a bit deceiving as the furnishings were more basic than detailed on the images. the location was far from the main attractions of the city, which was inconvenient for us.
